Josh Jones aka J.J. Jones was born June 29, 1983 and spent his youth on the Southwest side of Houston TX. Jones graduated from Westbury High School in June of 2001. Upon graduating high school he signed his first professional baseball contract with the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim. Jones was only 17 years old making him the youngest professional athlete from Westbury High School. He patrolled the outfield professionally with the Anaheim Angels, Cincinnati Reds, and Florida Marlins organizations. When Jones baseball career ended he decided to pursue a professional basketball career internationally. While during the off-season he began his coaching career with the Texas Rebels Baseball Organization. After several years of playing internationally he decided to pursue his passion, and founded the Texas Bluechips Baseball Organization in 2014. He prides himself on hard work, vision, faith, and prayer.
